KVKK Disclosure

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK'), we make the following disclosure as data controller.

Personal data processed

We process the account holder's identity and contact data (email), account usage records, and metadata about scanned/archived content. The 'patient reference' field in consent records should come from your clinic's own pseudonymous coding system; KlinikRadar neither expects nor recommends entering a real name there. Before/after photos may, by their nature, contain special-category health data; these images only enter the system through your clinic's own upload and consent process.

Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Account and workspace administration
  • Scanning uploaded content for healthcare-advertising compliance
  • Documenting consent processes and before/after photo pairs
  • Maintaining an audit archive that may serve as evidence for a regulatory request

Transfers

Your data is transferred to Google Cloud/Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, storage) for the service's technical infrastructure, and to OpenAI for the content scanner's LLM layer — only for the gray areas rules can't decide, and after personal data is stripped where possible. These transfers may fall under cross-border data transfer rules.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may contact us at kvkk@nalyzed.com to exercise your rights, including learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information about it, and requesting correction or deletion.
