Consent & Before/After Management
Sharing before/after photos is only possible under the new regulation with strict conditions: written consent, matching shooting conditions, no retouching, and a mandatory disclaimer. KlinikRadar documents that process.
Consent record
Upload the signed Ek-1 consent form (PDF or photo) and it becomes a digital record with a patient reference, procedure type and signing date. The patient reference must never be a real name — your clinic's own file number or code works.
Before/after pairing
Save two photos together with their linked consent record and a same-shooting-condition (light, angle, distance) attestation. The mandatory disclaimer text is added to every pair automatically — you don't have to write it yourself.
Why it matters
Provincial regulatory commissions (İl Değerlendirme Komisyonu) regularly scan social media and web content and decide within 45 days of a complaint or report. A before/after post with no consent or shooting-condition record can become indefensible under review.
Method
Consent records and before/after pairs are kept linked — a pair can never be created without an associated consent record. The mandatory disclaimer text comes from a single configuration value, updated as the real regulation text is verified by legal counsel.
