Content Risk Scanner
Marketing content for clinics and doctors is now a risk area that can lead to disciplinary penalties, suspended operations, and criminal referrals. The Content Risk Scanner makes that risk measurable before you publish.
How it works
Paste the text you're considering publishing, or upload an image. A rule engine scans for price/discount language, patient-testimonial patterns and before/after format violations in seconds; an LLM layer only judges the gray areas the rules can't decide on their own, like an unproven claim.
What it catches
The main content types prohibited under the new regulation:
- Price, campaign and discount announcements
- Patient testimonials and thank-you posts, even when patient-sourced
- Unproven or guaranteed-outcome medical/aesthetic claims
- Before/after photo format violations (apparent retouching, inconsistent conditions, missing disclaimer)
What it isn't
The score is a risk-awareness tool, not a legal assessment or a compliance guarantee. The decision is always yours; the rule set is maintained with a healthcare-law advisor and does not replace the regulation itself (RG 12.11.2025, No. 33075).
Method
The core is a hand-written rule engine built on the regulation's prohibited-content list; an LLM layer handles only the gray areas the rules can't reach. Rule content is stored as configuration and updated as real regulation text is verified by legal counsel.
