Data protection notice
This notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). If you are in the European Union, the equivalent rights apply under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR.

Personal data processed
Two distinct groups of data are processed:
- User data: email address, display name, language preference, workspace membership and role, session records.
- Review data: the text, rating, date, language and author attribution of publicly visible Google Maps reviews. Personal-data redaction is applied in the analysis pipeline.
Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to create your account and verify your identity, to provide the service, to prevent abuse through rate limiting, and to meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing rests on the performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). For publicly visible review data, the public-disclosure exemption in KVKK Art. 28/1-d is additionally assessed.
How data is collected
Data is collected electronically: directly from you when you create an account, from the identity provider when you sign in with Google, and from a public source through the link you paste for analysis.
Transfers
Data is transferred to Google Cloud / Firebase for hosting and database services, personal-data-redacted review text to OpenAI for analysis, and aggregate-only weekly summaries to Postmark for email delivery. International transfer and provider retention settings are described in the privacy policy.
Retention
Collection job records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, at home or abroad.
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request erasure or destruction of the data.
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
