About Nalyzed

Nalyzed runs free, automated technical analysis of public websites and publishes each result as a shareable report. It covers performance, SEO, GEO readiness, security, the technology stack, domain information and estimated popularity.

Who runs it

Nalyzed is an independently run, single-operator project — not a company, and not funded by any vendor whose product it detects or scores. Questions, corrections and takedown requests reach a real person at azmi050@gmail.com.

How it is funded

There is no paid tier, no advertising and no sponsored placement in any ranking or comparison. No technology can pay to score higher, be listed first, or be left out. The whole service runs on free-tier infrastructure plus the operator's own costs, which is also why analyses are rate-limited.

What the scores are, and are not

Every number on the site is derived from publicly observable data by documented rules, published in full on the methodology page. The Nalyzed Score is a weighted average of four measured categories. GEO readiness is a separate diagnostic of how easily answer engines can reach and cite a page — it does not measure actual AI citations, and nothing here predicts search rankings. Popularity is an estimate from the Tranco list. Technology detection uses a curated signature set, so it reports what is observable rather than an exhaustive inventory.

Security checks are a configuration review of public settings — headers, TLS, SPF and DMARC — and are not a penetration test or any kind of security certification.

How it accesses sites

Requests identify themselves as NalyzedBot/1.0, respect robots.txt, fetch only a bounded sample of public pages, never submit forms and never execute JavaScript on the analyzed site. Full details are on the methodology page.

If it is your site

You can verify ownership with a DNS TXT record to get weekly re-analysis, selected page checks and alerts, or request removal at /remove. Neither needs an account.

Using the data

The aggregate figures on State of the Web are published under CC BY 4.0 and downloadable as JSON or CSV. Each individual report is also available as JSON from its own page.
